Established in 1979, STERLING is a professional services firm headquartered in Maryville, Tennessee. Our firm offers civil engineering, land surveying, and development planning and is committed to providing the highest quality service. Our team of professional engineers, land surveyors, and designers work with a variety of clients on residential, commercial, industrial, educational, and various types of government projects. Our combined skills and experience bring great strength to any design project. STERLING also works closely with municipal planners, engineers, and other state and local regulators to ensure that the finished project meets both the developer’s goals and the governing regulations.
