Sweet Grass Plantation consists of 96 large home sites located on 63 acres just outside the City of Maryville.  The project illustrates how a creative design idea can transform ordinary features into amenities for community use.  By creating a centrally located 4 acre water feature, STERLING and the developers worked together to accomplish satisfying the storm water requirements while also providing an outdoor recreation area for the residents.
