STERLING’s new 16,000 sq. ft. two story office building was designed with optimal energy efficiency in mind through the use of a Structural Insulated Panel system for the exterior walls and roof along with computer controlled HVAC and lighting systems.  The pre-engineered structural framing system proved to speed construction time thus lowering overall construction costs. Exterior wall finishes consisting of recycled rubbed shingles, Exterior Insulation and Finish System, and synthetic stone veneer are combined in such a way as to produce an esthetically pleasing and efficient building façade.
