Rarity Bay is a waterfront gated community that includes a championship 18 hole golf course, a stunning French Country style 11,000 square foot clubhouse, and a 9,000 square foot equestrian center all located on a 960 acre peninsula surrounded by Tellico Lake with majestic views of the Great Smoky Mountains. STERLING has performed Civil Engineering and Land Planning for the roads, utilities, and grading.  In addition to numerous structures and facilities, STERLING’s Architecture, Civil Engineering, and Survey departments worked in concert to create an aesthetically pleasing and functional entrance bridge and accompanying water feature that provides pedestrian and vehicular access to the clubhouse and serves as a unique solution for storm drainage retention system for the main parking areas and golf course. STERLING continues to work with the developer on this multi-phase project.
