Based on a concept plan and idea presented by the developers, STERLING created an overall master plan for this private lakefront community.  With constructability and scenic beauty in mind, this 180 acre tract was selectively divided to create 116 unique home sites, with almost 50 of those having lake frontage.  The gated community also boasts 3 interior lakes with water features for the enjoyment of the residents.
