Camellia Trace at Mountain View resort apartment community is one of the newest in the area and the only of its kind in Blount County.  The nearly 18 acre development is located along Highway 321 and includes 220 apartments and a clubhouse/amenities area.  STERLING completed the land surveying and civil engineering on this project and provided construction staking and inspections during the construction phase.
