• The Reserve at Maryville is sure to be one of the area’s most talked about multifamily projects once completed. With 290 one, two and three bedroom units, a clubhouse and fitness facility and on site car wash the facility was designed with comfort and convenience in mind. Working with the developer and project architect located in Atlanta, GA STERLING provided the land surveying and civil engineering design for the overall project. STERLING is also contracted to complete the construction staking for the general contractor and the architectural inspections for the owner. When completed, the development is intended to be an upscale apartment project with all of the interior luxuries of a single family residence. The developer was also the developer for Camellia Trace at Mountain View located on Highway 321 in Maryville.
• Congratulations to Sarah Seaton Myers for receiving her PHR (Professional in Human Resources) Certification. Sarah joined STERLING in 2006 and is a great asset in guiding STERLING on many topics. The certification, awarded by the Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI), signifies that Myers possesses the theoretical knowledge and practical experience in human resource management necessary to pass a rigorous examination demonstrating a mastery of the body of knowledge in the field. Certification as a human resource professional clearly demonstrates a commitment to personal excellence and to the human resource profession.
